These terms describe the general use of this website and the estimate-and-inspection process described on the site. They should still be reviewed against the company’s final legal, warranty, and contracting requirements before launch.

Estimates

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance. Estimates assume normal decking condition; per-sheet pricing for decking repair is included in the estimate.

Warranties

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Workmanship warranties are provided by Roof Replacement Huntsville and are explained in your written estimate.

Insurance

We provide roof damage documentation for insurance claims. We do not negotiate or adjust claims on your behalf. You and your carrier make the claim decisions.
