Do you negotiate with my insurance company?
No. We give you the documentation. We do not call your adjuster, we do not file disputes, and we do not accept payment from your carrier. The claim is yours.

No. We give you the documentation. We do not call your adjuster, we do not file disputes, and we do not accept payment from your carrier. The claim is yours.
No. Public adjusters are licensed separately and work on your behalf to negotiate your claim. We are roofing contractors. Our role is to give you the technical documentation; your role is the claim itself.
No. We have no control over your carrier decision. We can tell you what the scope of the work should be, and we can tell you whether the adjuster scope matches it, but the dollar amount is between you and your carrier.
Filing a roof insurance claim is a paperwork job. Your carrier wants a photo-documented inspection report and a line-item estimate that uses the same scope language their adjusters use. We give you both, in writing, within a few days of the inspection. You hand that file to your carrier, schedule the adjuster visit, and we meet them on-site if needed. No games, no promises about settlement, no "we will get your claim approved" - just clean documentation.
Schedule Free InspectionWe do: photo-documented inspections (slope by slope, every penetration, every soft metal, attic check), line-item estimates that match insurance scope language (X squares of tear-off, X sheets of decking, ice/water shield per code, drip edge per code, synthetic underlayment, architectural shingle per manufacturer spec, ridge vent, flashing, boots, etc.), and on-site adjuster meetings when scheduled. We do not: negotiate with your carrier, act as a public adjuster, accept payment directly from your carrier, or guarantee a specific settlement. The decision to file, the claim number, and the final settlement are between you and your carrier.
Your carrier wants a clean, organized file: date of loss, date of inspection, slope-by-slope photos with the damage clearly visible, soft-metal baseline photos, a written line-item estimate using the same scope language their adjusters use, and a recommended scope (repair vs. replacement) with a clear reason. We give you exactly that. The file is yours. You can hand it to your carrier as-is, share it with the adjuster when they visit, or use it to support a re-inspection if the first visit was missed.
Your carrier pays for the scope that restores your roof to pre-loss condition. If the damage is localized and the rest of the roof has plenty of service life, a repair is the right call and the carrier will pay for a repair. If the damage is broad, the roof is past mid-life, or the shingle is discontinued, the right scope is a full replacement and the carrier will pay for a full replacement. We give you both options in writing, with photos, and explain why we recommend what we recommend. Your carrier makes the call, but they call it with the right information.
Most Alabama homeowners policies include ordinance and law coverage that pays for code-required upgrades during a covered loss: drip edge, ice/water shield in valleys, enhanced nailing patterns, etc. We document the code-required items separately in the estimate so your carrier can apply that coverage. Many homeowners miss this on the first claim and end up paying for code upgrades out of pocket. We do not let that happen.
If you want, we meet the adjuster at your home when they visit. We walk the slope with them, share our photos, point out the soft-metal baseline, and answer technical questions about the scope. We do not speak on your behalf - you are the policyholder - but we make sure the technical side is covered so the adjuster has the full picture. If the adjuster wants to see something specific, we can usually pull it up in the photo report on a phone.
If the adjuster initial scope seems low - missing code upgrades, missing decking sheets, undercounting squares - you have the right to a re-inspection. We help you put together the request, share the photos that support the higher scope, and attend the re-inspection if you want. We are not a public adjuster and we do not file disputes on your behalf, but we give you the technical ammunition to make a strong case.
Use this in the first hour after a storm. If you are mid-storm or actively leaking, jump to step 4 and call our 24/7 line.
Still have a question? Schedule a free roof inspection and we'll answer it on-site with photos.

No. In Alabama, you have the right to choose your contractor. Your carrier cannot force you to use a specific roofer. If they try, that is a red flag.
Most Alabama policies include ordinance and law coverage that pays for code-required upgrades during a covered loss. We document these separately so your carrier applies that coverage. It is often hundreds to thousands of dollars that homeowners miss on the first claim.
No. You pay the deductible directly to us when the work is complete. If anyone offers to waive your deductible, that is insurance fraud. Walk away.
The inspection is 30 to 60 minutes. The written report is usually ready the next business day. The adjuster visit is typically scheduled 1 to 2 weeks after the claim is opened. Replacement work is usually scheduled within 2 to 4 weeks of an agreed scope, depending on weather and material availability.
You can. Many homeowners do. The catch is that carriers often send an adjuster who works fast, looks at one slope, and writes a small scope. Having a photo-documented report from us gives you a real file to work from, even if you file the claim yourself.
Free inspection + photo-documented report. Clean file. No claim negotiation. You stay in control.
